What does it cost to hire Big Night Quartet?

It depends on a handful of variables: 

Event location time of the year night of the week band configuration length of set up and performance time. Based on those considerations, the fee for hiring Big Night Quartet can range between $600 and $4,000. Our quartet or quintet for 3 performance hours on a Saturday Night in Austin generally runs for $1500 – $2000.

Does Hiring Big Night Quartet require a security deposit?

We generally require a security deposit of between $500 – $1000, depending on the total fee we are charging.

Can we meet in person?

Absolutely! Contact us and we can set up a time to meet and discuss your vision for your event and answer your questions.

Can we add a saxophonist  or other instrumentation?

Big Night Quartet can perform with anywhere between 3 – 8 players, adding guitar, a horn, or a horn section.  

Can we request a special song?

We have an extensive list of songs that we can recommend for first dances, etc. If, however, you have a specific song that you would like us to play that is not part of our music library, we charge $150 – $200 to chart, learn, and rehearse the song for your event.
